Greensboro Traffic Lawyer Explains Speeding Revocations (Part Three).

Greensboro traffic lawyer explains speeding revocations that impact individuals everyday.

Keep in mind that speeding charges in excess of 25 mph over the speed limit are not eligible for either a PJC or reduction to an Improper Equipment. If your client is charged with speeding in excess of 25 mph and, as is often the case, with Reckless Driving, consider asking the prosecutor to dismiss the speeding charge. No statutory authority prevents the Reckless Driving charge from being reduced to an Improper Equipment, nor from the benefits of a PJC.

Greensboro Traffic Lawyer Chad Garrett explains speeding revocations everyday, and is happy to speak to you!  He returns every call, every day.
