Sean Jeffcoat is an immigration attorney passionate about assisting noncitizens in the fight to bettering their lives. Sean is driven by a lifetime commitment to service, discipline, and advocacy. He brings an extremely diverse and unique background to the practice of immigration law. A former Elon University scholarship athlete and Arizona Cardinals undrafted free agent, Sean transitioned from football to serve a total of seven years in the U.S. Air Force before earning his Juris Doctorate from Elon University School of Law in 2021.

Sean is committed to creating an environment where his clients can feel comfortable knowing he is fighting for their right to stay in the United States. He also understands that not every case is the same; creating a safe environment will allow him to tailor a unique strategy to each case. No matter the focus area, Sean approaches removal defense, family-based petitions,  humanitarian based petitions, waivers, and asylum with dedication, professionalism, and empathy.

With his unique background, Sean enjoys a wide variety of hobbies to include working on his car, hiking, lifting weights, running, kayaking, and fishing. However, his favorite hobby to date is spending time with his wife, daughter, and dog. His dedication to his family is what continues to feed his determination within the immigration world.
