Child custody is an area of family law she is most passionate about. She recognizes that custody matters can be especially difficult for parents and children alike, and approaches each case understanding that the children’s best interests should remain at the forefront. Annalise is committed to advocating for her clients while keeping the well-being, stability, and needs of the children central to the custody process.

In addition to her commitment to strong advocacy, Annalise is collaboratively trained, offering clients an alternative approach to resolving conflict outside of traditional litigation. She believes that, when possible, creating a constructive path toward resolution is ideal. 

Annalise earned a Bachelor of Arts in Global and International Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services before graduating from Elon University School of Law. Shortly after earning her law degree, she was admitted to practice in North Carolina.

Outside of the office, Annalise enjoys spending time with her family and going on adventures together. Whether exploring somewhere new or simply making memories close to home, family remains at the heart of her life.
