Laws change all of the time. A recent law allows for those who distribute drugs and those drugs end up killing someone to be charged in their death. That’s exactly what happened this week as two men have been charged with a wrongful death just outside of Greensboro, North Carolina according to our Greensboro attorney.
The men are charged with second degree murder and death by distribution. Police initially responded to a missing persons report involving a 37-year-old man and his daughter.
