Criminal Background Checks in Greensboro and Expunctions Part One

In Criminal, Traffic by GWAO

The short version

Garett, Walker and Aycoth can assist you in expunging your criminal record.

To check your criminal record, or to get a background check, you have two options, the first of which is listed in this post:

The first is the Greensboro Police Department’s Records Division.  Only Greensboro Police Department records, but not the Guilford County Sheriff’s Department or the NC State Highway Patrol records, can be found there.  The first record is free, additional copies are .25 cents.  These records cannot be notarized.  Picture identification is required, and please bring the full name, birth date, and address of the individual you are searching for.

If you need information on an expunction, call the attorneys, at Garrett, Walker and Aycoth for accurate and up-to-date information.  Attorney and author / legal scholar Chad Garrett literally wrote the NC Bar Association’s book on expunctions, the “ABCs of Criminal Court!”
