Our lawyer received a report of a recent kidnapping in North Carolina. At 5:55 PM, officers responded to a possible hostage situation. Police found a man holding a woman against her will.

The sheriff’s office set up a perimeter around the house and managed to free the hostage. The man was arrested and charged with second degree kidnapping, communicating threats, and assault on a female.
