Consistently updating his best selling book, “The ABCs of Traffic Law,” author Chad Garrett wishes to bring attention to a new parking law, effective June 22, 2016.
The law allows a partially disabled veteran to park in a handicap space .
The law is codified under N.C.G.S. 20-37.6(e)(1).
