The search of his house and the finding of the Firearm also resulted in the charges of Possession of Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Possession of Counterfeit Currency, Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Schedule III Narcotics, Maintaining a Vehicle for the Purpose of the Violation of the NC Controlled Substance Act and Maintaining a Dwelling for the Purpose of Violation of the NC Controlled Substance Act.
