Greensboro Attorney gives update on Child Porn Conviction

In Criminal by Greensboro Attorney

The short version

Our Greensboro attorney received an update from a child pronoraphy case in North Carolina. A man was alleged to have possessed over 9,300 images and 840 videos on his devices.

In 2017, investigators received information that a certain google account was uploading child pornography videos. The FBI and local law enforcement followed up on the tip which is what led them to Mr. Bishop, according to our lawyer.

As search warrant was executed in February, 2018. When they executed the search warrant they found 19 electronic devices containing child pornography, according to our Greensboro lawyer.

The man was sentenced to 10 years in prison as a result of this case. He admitted to receiving, trading and possessing the material during the investigation.
