On Thursday, in Davidson County, Randall Lee Gaddy, 26, of 6623 Cedarberry Lane, was charged with one count each of possession of a schedule I drug, possession with intent to sell and deliver a counterfeit controlled substance, conspiracy to sell heroin, maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Gaddy was arrested in Denton by Davidson County sheriff’s deputies.
Gaddy was jailed under a $25,000 secured cond.
