Our Lawyer has received a report that Deputies in North Carolina shot a man earlier this afternoon. Just before 2 PM, deputies attempted to stop a 45 year old man who was driving a Dodge pickup truck. The vehicle matched that of another vehicle alleged to have been involved in a missing person’s case.
Our Greensboro attorney was advised that the man refused to stop his vehicle and proceeded to attempt to drive away. They ended up in a high speed chase whereby four vehicles suffered car accident damage. One person in one of the vehicles suffered personal injuries and had to be taken to a nearby hospital.
The high speed chase ended with law enforcement opening fire. The man was injured and taken to a nearby hospital for surgery. Law enforcement has advised our attorney that they recovered a firearm from the scene.
