The Guilford County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after they say a man killed his two sons before attempting to commit suicide early Sunday morning.
Deputies arrived on scene to a domestic call at 123 Bluebird Road in Greensboro and found a man, Shawn Fuller, 31, outside of the front door with an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. Deputies entered the home and found two small boys, ages 4 and 3, dead. The two boys were brothers and lived in the home with their mother and father.
The father and has been named the primary suspect in the homicides. He is currently at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte in critical condition.
The investigation is still active and as more information is available, it will be released.
