The High Point Police Department is continuing to make Heroin arrests, when after a ‘routine traffic stop’ a man was charged with Trafficking in Heroin, Possession with Intent to Manufacture Heroin, and Felony Sell or Deliver a Controlled Substance (Heroin).
He is currently in the High Point Jail on a $1 Million Bond.
