In Uncategorized by GWAO

It’s hard to fathom that a young girl one day could be at Walmart with a friend Shoplifting hundreds of dollars worth of products and then only days later at a Beauty Pageant, winning Miss Congeniality. But that’s exactly what happened to Chloe Curry, 18 when she was charged with Shoplifting 3 Days before she competed in the Miss Lewis County Scholarship Pageant. Pageant Organizers are now saying that they were not aware of her Shoplifting at Walmart charge prior to her being crowned. The Shoplifting itself involved multiple cosmetic items, including: lip balm, nail polish, fake eyelashes, fake nails and other beauty products. She Shoplifted these items by placing them in her purse.

With regard to the Shoplifting, Chloe stated, “We thought we could get away with it and didn’t.” She also said she’s truly sorry for Shoplifting and not just because she got caught. The Pageant Board is now deciding whether to let her keep her crown after receiving word of the Shoplifting charge.
