A man was charged with crawling under homes and stealing copper pipe today. He was charged for three separate incidents of Larceny. Two homes were located on Brown Boulevard and the other Larceny occurred on Avalon Road. Investigators estimated the pipes removed were worth $2,100. The man was charged with two counts of Breaking and Entering, Larceny After Breaking and Entering, Possession of Stolen Property, and Injury to Property to Obtain Nonferrous Metals. His bond for these Larceny cases was set at $30,000.
