Though Brennan is a creative problem-solver who often finds ways to fight for his clients without having to go to trial, if there is a place that he is most comfortable, it is standing in front of a jury. Brennan recorded 102 trials in the Guilford County Public Defender’s Office before he even started with our firm. The son of a lawyer who named all of his children after Supreme Court Justices, Brennan felt called at an early age to fight for justice. He is an adjunct professor at Elon University, where he teaches criminal law. Brennan is active in the community as a volunteer with the YMCA and Greensboro Urban Ministry. He is a member of the Guilford Inn of Court as well as Greensboro and High Point Bar Associations. He is also a former president of the Greensboro Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. Brennan, a graduate of Guilford College and Elon University School of Law, comes to us from Louisiana where he began his passion for Cajun food, blues music, and comic books.
