Attorney in Greensboro gives update on Ahmaud Arbery’s Murder Case

In Criminal, Personal Injury by Greensboro Attorney

The short version

It seems we become incensed over certain cases shown in the national media from time to time. And our attorney in Greensboro is focused on the Ahmaud Abery case. Just yesterday, the man who is alleged to have filmed the entire incident was arrested and charged with felony murder as well as a criminal attempt to commit false imprisonment.

For starters, it took 2 months for law enforcement to arrest the father and son who armed themselves and pursued the 25-year-old man. The man who was arrested lived in the same area as the father and son, and he apparently filmed the entire incident from within his vehicle. Once this video leaked, the world became incensed at the brutal murder of Ahmaud.

At Garrett, Walker, Aycoth & Olson, our attorney in Greensboro hopes that the Ahmaud’s family is hanging in there after what has been a tumultuous couple of months. There is no pain like that of losing a child, and it’s our sincere hope that they’ll be able to find some closure through this process. They are in our thoughts and prayers as well as those who are charged. We see firsthand the effects criminal charges, an incarceration have on families. Our criminal attorney in Greensboro NC knows the toll it takes on them.
