A lawyer in our office received word of three infants passing away due to tainted breast milk in a NICU. Eight babies were exposed to the infected milk, and sadly three lost their lives. The hospital has acknowledged that the source of the deadly bacteria was the process they were using to prepare the donor breast milk.
