Deferred Prosecutions

One of the best ways to take care of a case is to get a Deferred Dismissal. What this means is that the case is dismissed, it will not court against you, and maybe all you need to do is some community service to make the court happy. It gets confusing for clients because it doesn’t sound as good as a plain old dismissal however, the effect is the same. That way the conviction will not hurt your record, or generally speaking, keep you from getting a job.
