To say that July has had a rough start in the City of Greensboro would be terribly understated. In 7 days, we’ve had 7 homicides. The Greensboro Police Chief, Brian James, made an announcement yesterday requesting that the community come together in effort to stop the violence according to a Greensboro attorney.

He requested the community to come together for our youth so that this type of violence is put an end to. A 16 year old was one of the people shot and killed recently and the Police Chief said it could have been him. Chief James asked what type of future could the kid have had if not cut shot from senseless gun violence.

Chief James requested that everyone hold each other accountable. He requested people come forward anonymously and he asked that everyone do their very best to put an end to this violence according to a Greensboro personal injury attorney.
