Greensboro Defense Attorney Explains New North Carolina Probation Legislation:

During the 2016 North Carolina Legislation session, the following significant additions and updates were enacted in relation to probation.

Photos Required: A new probation condition requires probationers (felony, misdemeanor, supervised, and unsupervised) to “submit to the taking of digitalized photographs, including the probationer’s face, scars, marks, and tattoos, to be included in the probationer’s records.” N.C.
