CIVIL REVOCATION FEE

$100, to be paid to the Clerk of Court after 30 (or 45) days from the date of the offense

 

PRE-TRIAL PRIVILEGE

Valid DL-123 dated within 30 days of the privilege application

Substance abuse assessment

$100 Fee (to the Clerk of Court, cash only)

Employment Letter (for an application requiring work hours outside of standard hours (6am-8pm, Monday-Friday)

 

POST-TRIAL PRIVILEGE

Valid DL-123 dated within 30 days of the privilege application

Substance abuse assessment

$100 Fee (to the Clerk of Court, cash only)

Employment Letter (for an application requiring work hours outside of standard hours (6am-8pm, Monday-Friday)

 

POST-TRIAL INTERLOCK PRIVILEGE (.15 BAC or above)

Valid DL-123 dated within 30 days of the privilege application

Substance abuse assessment

$100 Fee (to the Clerk of Court, cash only)

Employment Letter (for an application requiring work hours outside of standard hours, which are 6am-8pm, Monday-Friday)

Proof of interlock installation

45 day suspension with no privilege available, from the date of conviction

 

REFUSAL PRIVILEGE

Valid DL-123 dated within 30 days of the privilege application

Substance abuse assessment and recommended treatment completed

$100 Fee (to the Clerk of Court, cash only)

Employment Letter (for an application requiring work hours outside of standard hours (6am-8pm, Monday-Friday)

Impaired driving charge disposed of by plea, trial, or dismissal

License revoked for refusal for six months
