Last month. a six car accident caused the death of two individuals, just north of Greensboro in Winston-Salem. A third person has now died as a result of injuries from the Oct 30th wreck.
The accident happened in a construction zone in the town of Rural Hall. A tractor-trailer truck and five other vehicles were involved, eight other people were injured.
