Greensboro Traffic Laws

In Criminal, Traffic by GWAO

N.C.G.S. 20-157(f), or as its commonly called, the “move over law,” was expanded to include any public service vehicle or utility vehicle, with “amber colored flashing lights.” So in addition to not speeding past NC State Troopers, the law now requires the same deference to be given to electric, cable, maintenance, and telephone vehicles. Essentially, if it has flashing lights, move over or slow down if you can’t move aside.

These tickets occur often in Greensboro, NC.  Contact the top rated traffic attorneys at Garrett, Walker and Aycoth to assist you in fighting these high dollar criminal and traffic court matters.
