The bicyclist’s brakes weren’t working properly and as the rider looked over he saw a Chevy Tahoe entering the intersection from a different direction.
The bicyclist and the Tahoe had a car accident which sadly took the life of the bicyclist. The man was 50 years old. Our lawyer received word that NC State Highway Patrolmen reported that the brakes on the bike didn’t work at all which is what led to the deadly car accident.
