Our Greensboro criminal lawyer received word that a man and woman were arrested after shooting into a vehicle last night.
A man and woman met up with another car. A verbal altercation with arguing and yelling ensued, when the man pulled a rifle out of his vehicle and proceeded to open fire. The shots went into the front of the victim’s car. Our criminal lawyer received word that neither occupant inside the vehicle were actually shot.
The victims then took off running returning fire as they got away. They got away safely and our lawyer found out that this incident wasn’t random and that both parties knew each other.
The man was arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon with the intent to kill and discharging a firearm into occupied property and firearm by felon.
