Illegal Daycares? Not something that we typically hear about but apparently in Greensboro this is what happened here recently. A Greensboro woman was charged with illegal provision of child care.
This case all started when the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services denied the woman a license or June 27, 2019 after they found 35 violations of child care related requirements over a five month period. The daycare was operating under, “Kids Matter Academy” and the violations included, not conducting fire drills monthly, not completing SIDS training, not having children’s health records, and the list goes on and on.
