Our Greensboro attorney has been advised that a 19-year-old man has been charged with murder. He will also be facing charges of felony child abuse causing serious bodily injury in the death of his 7 month old son.
The infant apparently died at Brenner’s Hospital last year and the father is now accused of being the one who caused those personal injuries. Injuries which included a torn liver, broken ribs, a torn small intestine, a torn pancreas, and other internal personal injuries.
Police were called to the scene for an infant who wasn’t breathing. After a thorough investigation, police found that the father was the one they believe to have caused the child’s death. He is currently being held under no bond according to our lawyer.
