North Carolina Prisons are currently getting a whole lot of information together for a North Carolina judge. Judge Rozier ordered NC Prisons to get together any and all information pertaining to the adjustments they’ve made to protect inmates since the coronavirus. At one prison 460 prisoners have tested positive for the coronavirus according to our criminal lawyer.
Our personal injury attorney has been advised that they have until Friday to gather this information for the judge. The judge wants to know whether face masks are available for inmates, whether they have unrestricted access to soap and /or hand sanitizer and whether bunks are arranged where they can keep 6 feet from the nearest inmate. Social distancing isn’t just taking place in North Carolina it’s also supposed to be taking place in North Carolina prisons.
