Car Accident forces First Responders to Contact EPA

In Criminal, Personal Injury by Greensboro Attorney

Personal Injury Lawyer

The EPA was contacted after a 76 year old driver, according to our personal injury lawyer, drove off Route 1 and struck a gas pump at a Sunoco Station. Our Greensboro divorce lawyer said, the car accident caused ‘extensive damage’ to the bumper area of the vehicle. The pump was damaged so badly that gas began leaking onto the ground, which totaled approximately 20 gallons of gasoline. If the gas attendant hadn’t hit the switch, it appears the leak would’ve been a lot more. The 76 year old driver suffered Personal Injuries as a result of the Car Accident and was taken to a local hospital to examine her neck and back injuries.
