A Forsyth County driveway paver who targeted seniors with inflated prices and shoddy work has been permanently banned from the paving business in North Carolina, including Greensboro.
Boswell, the paver, committed fraud and other crimes, civil and criminal.
A Wake County Superior Court Judge held that Boswell is permanently banned. Boswell has used the company names Katidid Paving, AJ Paving, Absolute Paving, and Skyline Paving.
